Laurence Oster

Laurence Oster is a Senior Vice President at CBRE, overseeing the firm's retail efforts in Baltimore while collaborating with the Mid-Atlantic retail team. With nearly 20 years of experience in retail commercial real estate, Laurence specializes in factory outlet, transit-oriented, urban, mixed-use, and lifestyle properties, as well as asset repositioning. Prior to joining CBRE in 2019, Laurence was a founding partner at FFO Real Estate Advisors and held pivotal roles at Prime Retail and Williams Jackson Ewing, where they contributed to high-profile projects such as the redevelopment of Union Station and Grand Central Terminal. Laurence holds a B.S. in Economics from Towson University and an M.S. in Real Estate from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
