They have over 25 years of experience in portfolio investment management and commercial real estate appraisal in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Coleman has held prestigious designations as MRICS since 1992 and MAI since 2006, and they earned a Bachelor of Land Economics from the University of Aberdeen in 1989. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Portfolio Manager at Standard Life Investments from 1991 to 2000.
