Matt Vance

Matt Vance is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Vice President and Americas Head of Multifamily Research at CBRE since March 2015, where leadership of the multifamily data-driven insights platform is a key responsibility. In addition, Matt holds the position of Senior Economist with CBRE's Econometric Advisors. Prior to CBRE, Matt worked at Real Capital Solutions as a Research Analyst and held multiple roles in research leadership. Academic experience includes lecturing in economics at the University of Colorado Boulder. Matt's educational background includes a PhD (ABD) in Real Estate & Planning from the University of Reading, a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, and Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Statistics, as well as Business Economics, from Grand Valley State University.
