Molly Stegman is a finance student at the University of Arizona, set to graduate in May 2025, with a background in various roles within asset management and transaction coordination. As a Transaction Coordinator and Intern in Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services at CBRE, Molly Stegman focused on business development by analyzing high-potential prospects and researching corporate leadership changes. Previous experience includes serving as an Asset Management Summer Analyst at Magnolia Capital, where in-depth financial analysis on multifamily assets was conducted to identify performance improvement opportunities.
