Nicole Larusso

Nicole Larusso is an accomplished professional in the field of real estate research and economic development, currently serving as Vice President and U.S. Head of Field Research and Data Intelligence at CBRE since September 2016. With a background that includes senior roles such as Senior Director of Research & Analysis for the U.S. North Region and Director for Research & Analysis, Nicole has extensive experience in market research and data analysis. Prior to CBRE, Nicole was the Senior Vice President for Planning and Economic Development at the Alliance for Downtown New York, overseeing urban planning and business assistance initiatives. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director at CBRE Consulting and Project Manager at Appleseed. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Public Policy with a focus on Real Estate and Economic Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
