Niyapaan Bowornjaratpong

Niyapaan Bowornjaratpong has extensive experience in customer service and negotiation, currently serving as a Senior Negotiator at CBRE Thailand since October 2019, specializing in Industrial & Logistics brokerage services, tenant and landlord representation, and built-to-suit services. Prior to this role, Niyapaan worked at Sansiri PLC from February 2012 to July 2018, progressing from Customer Relations Officer to Senior Customer Relations, where responsibilities included assisting customers and coordinating property inspections. Earlier experience includes guest services at Four Points by Sheraton and President Palace Hotel, as well as teaching roles at Fun Language Ltd. Niyapaan’s educational background includes a degree in Tourism Industry (Aviation Business) from Suan Dusit Rajabhat University and studies in Chinese Language at both Srinakharinwirot University and Hangzhou Normal University.
