Patrick's background includes multiple senior positions at CBRE, specializing in global change management and client transitions, as well as a tenure at Jones Lang LaSalle focusing on real estate services for major financial clients. Early in the career, Patrick served as Vice President & Director for Corporate Real Estate at Ford Motor Land Services, overseeing substantial commercial real estate operations, and acquired foundational experience as a Nuclear Submarine Engineering Supervisor in the US Navy and a Nuclear Plant Operator at Duke Energy Corporation.
