Rita Chow

Rita Chow is an Agile Transformation and Program Management Leader with 10 years of experience in managing complex technical projects. They have served as a Senior Project Manager at Bottle Rocket and held various roles at Cisco Systems, where they led a large-scale project transformation from waterfall to agile methodology among global engineering teams. Currently, Rita works as a Senior Scrum Master at CBRE, enhancing team performance and communication across projects. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and hold certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
