Malcolm Craig

Malcolm Craig is the current VP of Denver Operations at McCaffery. Malcolm has also previously worked as a Business Analyst from June 2013 to May 2015 at Bankwest and as a Functional Lead from October 2010 to January 2013 at CGI Federal. At CGI Federal, they were fully responsible for leading a 5 person team within the 90 person HPMS Program. Their responsibilities included preparing and executing project plans, managing project resources and reporting project status to internal project managers and government task leads. Malcolm was also in charge of preparing all major client deliverables during the System Development Lifecycle and securing client approvals, allowing for scope and project traceability. In addition, they ensured timely delivery of a quality product, exceeding client objectives and client satisfaction. Furthermore, they analyzed and improved client business processes through multiple requirement gathering sessions and actively managed and participated in testing cycles to ensure system satisfied all defined system requirements. Prior to their work at CGI Federal, Sales Associate at Willies Ski, Board and Tennis from October 2005 to March 2006 and Golf Assistant at Army Navy Country Club from January 2005 to June 2008.

Malcolm Craig has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, with a focus in Real Estate Development. Malcolm also holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech, where they studied Finance and Financial Accounting. Malcolm is also certified by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University in Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development V1.3, and by CGI Federal in Lean Six-Sigma Certified Green Belt.
