Rob Williams is a Senior Director at CBRE UK, where they currently focus on global workplace strategy and experience. Previously, they served as the Global Head of Workplace Strategy & Experience for Credit Suisse and managed the Global Workplace Management Office for HSBC. Rob has extensive experience in workplace strategy and property transformation, notably reducing Aviva’s property footprint from 120 to 40 leases while enhancing workplace culture. With a strong background in project management and a degree in Business Studies from Southampton Solent University, Rob is dedicated to optimising real estate to enhance employee and financial performance.
