Shannon Clark

Shannon Clark is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Global Director and Associate General Counsel for Data Protection and Privacy at CBRE since September 2006. Prior roles at CBRE included Global Director & Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel. Prior to CBRE, Shannon held the position of Associate at Gould & Ratner from June 2000 to August 2006, focusing on commercial litigation and counseling, and worked as an Associate at Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing from June 1998 to June 2000, specializing in commercial and employment litigation. Shannon began a legal career as an Associate at Gould & Ratner LLP from 1996 to 1998. Shannon holds a JD, cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a BA with Honors in Political Science and East Asian Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, along with an educational background from Punahou School.
