Stephen Fleetwood

Stephen Fleetwood is an experienced professional in corporate location strategy and financial incentives negotiation, currently serving as the Head of Location Advisory EMEA and Director at CBRE since March 2013. Fleetwood has a strong background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and has previously worked as Associate Director, focusing on foreign direct investment and investment promotion. Prior to CBRE, Fleetwood founded Oberkorn Consulting, providing advisory services to corporate clients and investment promotion intermediaries. Additional experience includes roles at DTZ, UK Trade & Investment, Ernst & Young, and Westminster City Council, where Fleetwood began as a GIS Officer. Fleetwood holds a B.Sc. in Geography from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an M.Sc. in Geographic & Geodetic Information Systems from University College London.
