Tressi Cordaro

Tressi Cordaro currently serves as Vice President of HSE Governance, Compliance & Assurance at CBRE since July 2024. Prior to this role, Tressi held the position of Director of Workplace Health & Safety Compliance and Recordkeeping at Amazon from June 2020 to July 2024. Tressi has extensive experience in workplace safety and health law, having been the Chair of the Workplace Safety & Health Practice Group at Jackson Lewis LLP from June 2013 to June 2020. Earlier in Tressi's career, Tressi worked as an attorney at Ogletree Deakins, specializing in occupational safety and health matters. Tressi's public sector experience includes serving as Legal Counsel & Special Advisor to Commissioner Horace “Topper” Thompson, III at the U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission, and as an OSHA Law Specialist at the U.S. Department of Labor, where Tressi contributed to the drafting of workplace safety standards. Tressi holds a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University.
