Martijn Pustjens

Martijn Pustjens has diverse work experience in the real estate industry and research field. Martijn is currently working as an Associate Director Research at CBRE Nederland. Prior to this, they worked at Colliers as a Senior Research Consultant and Research Consultant. Martijn also took a break to go backpacking in Argentina and Chile, where they explored various cities and natural wonders. Martijn has also worked as a Research Lead at The Class of 2020, a think tank focused on the future of living, learning, and working. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Researcher at Savills, a global real estate services provider. Martijn started their professional journey as a Policy Advisor for the real estate department of Radboud University.

Martijn Pustjens holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management & Development (REMD) from Eindhoven University of Technology, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Martijn also earned a Bachelor's degree in the Department of the Built Environment from the same university, studying from 2006 to 2010. In 2015, they obtained a certificate in Corporate Finance from Radboud University. Additionally, Martijn has obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge English Language Assessment, although the specific date of completion is unknown. In 2021, they completed the Colliers Competence Programma, although no specific degree or field of study is associated with it.
