Patryk Golon

Patryk Golon has extensive work experience in facility management and property management. Patryk is currently working as an Associate Director and Key Account Manager for Mapletree at CBRE Poland, where they oversee the property management service for Mapletree's logistics investment. Patryk'sresponsibilities include managing a team of 20 employees, budget preparation and control, project management, implementation of new standards, and procurement tender management. Patryk also regularly reports on various aspects of property management to the Asset Management team. Before joining CBRE Poland, Patryk worked as a Technical Excellence Manager at ISS Facility Services Polska. Prior to that, they held various roles at Sodexo, including Head of Industrial Accounts, Head of Logistics Accounts, Regional Operations Manager, Junior Technical Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Site Manager, and Technician.

Patryk Golon has a diverse education history with a focus on project management and facility management. In 2019-2020, they obtained a postgraduate degree in Project Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Air conditioning and refrigeration from Warsaw University of Technology. In 2013-2014, Patryk Golon completed a postgraduate degree in Facility Management from AGH University of Krakow. Patryk also completed a short-term program on property management practices at SPWN - Stowarzyszenie Przedsiębiorczości w Nieruchomościach in 2013.
