Rafał Małanij

Rafał Małanij has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rafał currently works at CBRE Poland as the Head of Data Intelligence and Digital Enablement CEE, where they are responsible for overseeing all data-related projects and business applications in the CEE region. Rafał leads a team of data analysts, business application analysts, and product managers, and also engages in architectural reviews, designs data products and solutions, and performs data engineering tasks.

Prior to their current role, Rafał worked as a Data Manager at CBRE Poland, focusing on data management processes and building a team of data analysts. Rafał actively collaborated with Continental European Data Intelligence Teams.
