Anderson Foo (IHRP-SP) has extensive experience in human resources and advisory roles, currently serving as the Head of People, Advisory at CBRE Singapore since June 2017, overseeing a team responsible for 600 employees. Prior to this, Anderson was an HR Business Partner at BSI Bank, managing HR functions for 250 employees across various banking sectors. Anderson also held the position of HR Manager at EY, where contributions were made to employee engagement initiatives. Earlier career experience includes a Senior Manager role at Singtel focusing on corporate development and strategic planning, as well as an Advisory Manager role at EY, providing consultancy across various industries. Anderson began the career at Goldman Sachs as an intern in the Asset Management Group and holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
