Vansitri Benjapattharaseth is an experienced property consultant currently serving as a Manager at CBRE Thailand since June 2006. In this role, Vansitri presents insights on the overall economic context of the Thai property market, negotiates between sellers and purchasers to enhance satisfaction, and oversees the documentation process while liaising with governmental agencies. Additionally, Vansitri regularly interacts with clients to address complex issues and trains junior staff on sales and negotiation challenges. Prior to this position, Vansitri served as a Category Sales Development Promotion Executive at Nestlé from April 2005 to June 2006, where responsibilities included linking marketing and sales plans, developing promotion strategies, and collaborating with various departments to implement promotional campaigns. Vansitri holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Southeastern University in Washington DC, obtained between 2001 and 2003.
