Andrew Dunlop

Andrew Dunlop is an experienced professional in the field of real estate and valuation, currently serving as a Director at CBRE UK since June 2016. With a background that includes roles as Associate Director, Senior Surveyor, and Chartered Surveyor in International Valuation & Advisory Services, Andrew has developed extensive expertise in commercial valuation, rent reviews, and agency services. Prior to CBRE, Andrew worked as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at The Co-operative Group and as a Chartered Surveyor at Graham and Sibbald. Andrew holds a BSc in Real Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University, where studies were completed from 2008 to 2012.
