Andrew Willoughby

Andrew Willoughby is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Director at CBRE UK since July 2003. In this role, Andrew manages the Royal Liver Building and was instrumental in the repositioning scheme completed in 2020. Additionally, Andrew spearheaded the establishment of a joint venture that introduced the acclaimed RLB 360 experience. Previously, Andrew held the position of Associate Director for nine years at MEPC Birchwood Park, Warrington. Prior to that, Andrew worked as an Agency Surveyor at Northwest Development Agency from November 1998 to July 2003, overseeing the marketing and letting of the agency’s portfolio properties, which included offices, industrial sites, and business parks. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban Estate Management from Liverpool John Moores University between 1992 and 1995.
