Joe Klapprott

Joe Klapprott serves as Senior Director at CBRE UK, a position held since April 2007, with a history of roles including Director and Associate Director. Currently, Joe is part of the specialist Reinstatement Cost Assessment team, delivering commercial fire insurance valuations for a range of clients, including pension funds, landlords, investors, and occupiers. Prior to this, Joe worked as a Senior Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor at various divisions of CB Richard Ellis. Education includes a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Quantity Surveying from the College of Estate Management, completed between 2007 and 2011, and secondary education at Greytown High School in South Africa.
