Sarah Philips

Sarah Philips currently serves as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Reformation, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Emil Capital Partners from August 2020 to July 2024 as a Director, during which time Sarah held board director positions at Base Culture, Farmside Kitchen, Kidfresh, Kin Community, and Zeel, and served as a board observer for Aloha. Sarah also has extensive experience from Morgan Stanley, where roles spanned from June 2013 to August 2020, including Senior Associate in Consumer & Retail Investment Banking and various analyst positions. Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
