Ted Reus

Ted Reus serves as the Director at CBRE UK, leading EMEA accounts for Eli Lilly and Takeda Pharmaceuticals since April 2017. Previously, as Associate Director and European Lead for Maersk, Ted managed a significant portfolio of acquisitions and lease negotiations, while also acting as Regional Lead for Amazon, overseeing over 250 projects across the UK and Ireland. Ted's experience encompasses transaction management, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement, having achieved notable success in delivering complex projects and maintaining client relationships. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at CBRE, where Ted was recognized as a "Rising Star," and Project Manager at Gleeds, focusing on a £100 million regeneration scheme, as well as earlier experience as a Graduate Site Manager at Galliford Try. Ted holds degrees in Construction Engineering Management from Loughborough University and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
