Zoe Avery is a seasoned professional in development management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Director of UK Development Management at CBRE UK since February 2018, Zoe provides strategic leadership throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring effective governance and risk management aligned with client objectives. Prior to this role, Zoe was Associate Director at igloo Regeneration, focusing on feasibility and planning for mixed-use and residential projects, and held positions at CBRE UK and Savills, where early career development included a role as Development & Planning Intern. Zoe's academic background includes an MSc in Development Planning from the University of Reading and a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Southampton.
