Jim Wilmoth has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jim is currently the US Head of Project, Change, and Customer Success at CBRE Investment Management, where they provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams in creating a multi-view platform to support Portfolio and Asset Managers. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Lynx Systems Inc. and Project Manager/Implementation specialist at Eng Flanders Group, Inc., where they developed strong relationships with key stakeholders and executed detailed project plans. Jim also has extensive experience at Yardi, where they served as a Consulting Practice Group Manager and Team Leader Global Solutions, successfully executing global projects and providing customer success to SaaS clients. Before Yardi, they worked as a Database Manager at Affinity Group, Inc. and as an Advertising-Operations Manager and Project Manager at Ventura County Star. Jim's early career includes roles as a Business Manager at KXBS 96.7 The Bus and Advertising Traffic Manager at InterMedia Advertising.
Jim Wilmoth graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Radio-TV-Film from California State University, Northridge in 1988. Jim further pursued their education in Marketing and Advertising at Los Angeles Valley College from 1990 to 1991.
In addition to their formal education, Jim Wilmoth has obtained various certifications throughout their career.
