Maria T. has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Maria is currently an Investment Director at CBRE Investment Management, where they are responsible for development strategic planning, project management, funds management, and marketing. Previously, they worked as a Deputy Regional Director at CBRE Finland from 2013 to 2021. Before that, they were an Account Manager at YIT, where they handled leasing and marketing of new office premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Maria also worked as an International Relations Manager at Tuloskiinteistöt, focusing on Cushman & Wakefield and assisting international clients with their real estate needs in the Finnish market. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Investment Manager at Elina Pankkiiriliike Oy.

Maria T. completed their education at the University of Helsinki from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Finance.
