Alex Puckett

Alex Puckett is a professional meteorologist with extensive experience in broadcasting. Currently working at CBS 42 since January 2022, Alex previously held a meteorologist position at WHNT News 19 from August 2019 to January 2022 and served as the morning meteorologist at WCBI-TV from November 2016 to August 2019. Areas of expertise include local forecasting and managing severe weather coverage, utilizing Baron Lynx graphics software. Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Meteorology from Mississippi State University between 2013 and 2016.
