Madeleine McQueen

Maddie McQueen is an experienced news reporter currently employed at CBS 42 since March 2023. Prior to this role, Maddie served as a multimedia journalist (MMJ) at WTVQ from June 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included creating top story packages and performing live coverage on various topics. Notable earlier experiences include MMJ/anchor duties at Grady Newsource, where Maddie covered the Madison County Sheriff’s Department beat, and an internship at WTVQ that provided essential newsroom training. Maddie’s foundational experience includes roles in customer service, food service, and aquatic safety, alongside a strong educational background with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Georgia.
