Lars Kehrel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lars began their career as an intern at Bayer and HeidelbergCement in 2011 before moving on to gain experience as a Scientific Assistant at Universität Mannheim. Lars then joined Landeszentrale für politische Bildung B-W as a Speaker from 2009 to 2015. In 2012, they transitioned to a Marketing Consultant and SAP Consultant role at Datavard, where they worked until 2017. Lars then worked as a Product Marketing Manager and Head of Technical Marketing at Onapsis Inc. from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Lars serves as the Head of Solution Management at cbs Corporate Business Solutions, starting in 2022.

Additionally, they pursued a field of study in Management and Organizational Design at Umeå University from 2010 to 2011 but did not obtain a degree.
