Lucia Maragliano

Lucia Maragliano is an SAP HCM Consultant with extensive experience in the field since April 2021 at cbs Corporate Business Solutions, where previous roles also included Trainee SAP HCM Consultant. Prior to this position, Lucia held a Werkstudentin role at SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE from April 2019 to April 2021 and worked in Einzelhandel at Niebel KG between 2014 and 2019. Additionally, Lucia completed an internship at the Zentrum für systemische Forschung und Beratung in early 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Educational Science with a focus on Organizational Development from Heidelberg University (2018-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Science and German Studies from the same institution (2014-2018), along with an Abitur from Andreae-Gymnasium Herrenberg (2005-2013).
