Heidi Rodney-Nakanishi

Heidi Rodney-Nakanishi serves as a Digital Archivist and Media Asset Technician at CBS News since May 2017, where responsibilities include researching and preserving vintage news footage and collaborating with the sales department on multimedia projects. As an independent contractor since 2007, Heidi has extensive experience as an on-air and stage talent, actor, singer, and dancer, with significant credits in voice-over, television, and live performances, including narration for medical educational content and participation in various plays. Previous roles include brand marketing at Gap Inc. and Chloe + Isabel Inc., video production for Arise News, and video editing at NBC and Fox News. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Communication at Regent University, Heidi holds a Master of Science in Interactive Media and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism & Mass Communication.
