Lucia I Suarez Sang

Lucia I Suarez Sang currently serves as the Deputy Managing Editor for CBS News, beginning this role in April 2024. Prior to this, Lucia held the position of Director of Digital Content at FOX61/CW20 from February 2021 to April 2024, overseeing the digital department and strategy for multiple platforms. Previously, Lucia worked at Fox News from November 2016 to January 2021, contributing as a News Editor, Breaking News Reporter & Editor, and Reporter & Homepage Editor, managing a team and producing content across national and foreign news verticals. Earlier experience includes serving as Entertainment & Social Media Editor for Fox News Latino, where Lucia covered major events like the Men’s and Women’s World Cups and the Rio Olympics. Lucia began a career in journalism as a City Desk Reporter for the Rutland Herald, focusing on local news in Vermont. Lucia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Saint Michael's College.
