Mark Lima

Mark Lima is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in leadership roles within major news organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Washington, DC Bureau Chief at CBS News since August 2020, Mark has previously held significant positions such as LA Bureau Chief and Vice-President of News at Fusion from July 2013 to August 2020. Prior to that, Mark worked at ABC News from November 2004 to June 2013 as Senior Producer for Nightline and Deputy Bureau Chief in Los Angeles. Additional roles include Director of Sports and Special Events at ABC NewsOne from September 1998 to October 2004, along with Sports Producer positions at WJLA-TV and NewsChannel 8 from 1991 to 1998. Mark Lima holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Penn State University, earned from 1983 to 1987.
