Nikki Banjo

Nikki Banjo is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in directing and production roles at CBS News since November 1995, where responsibilities include directing breaking news, cut-ins, and segment productions, as well as overseeing control room operations. Prior to CBS News, Nikki co-founded and served as Co-Chief Operating Officer at Banjo Press from 2011 to December 2017, managing marketing and distribution activities, and at Pigeon Licker Productions from 2000 to 2003, directing and co-producing independent film projects. Additional experience includes freelance production assistance for notable organizations, early volunteer roles at Warner Cable, and a solid educational background with a BA from Syracuse University in English and TV, Radio, and Film Production, alongside an MA/MBA in Corporate Communications and Marketing from Seton Hall University.
