Bethan Conroy has over a decade of experience in recruitment, specializing in the Service Engineering sector for Medical, Dental, Decontamination, and Life Sciences at CBSbutler since October 2013. As a Lead Recruitment Consultant, Bethan manages the recruitment of permanent and occasional contract roles for various engineering positions, including Field Service Engineers and Clinical Engineers, across the UK. After CBSbutler's acquisition by Staffing 360 Solutions in 2017, Bethan took on the role of Recruitment Team Leader, overseeing a team of 11 sales staff while continuing to actively recruit.
