Jo Oltman

Jo Oltman is an experienced proposal manager currently employed at CBT Architects since August 2023. Oltman also serves as president of Green Burial Massachusetts since September 2019. Previously, Oltman held various roles in marketing and communications at Elkus Manfredi Architects, Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio, and Cambridge Seven Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included proposal management, business development, and promotional materials creation. Oltman began professional career as a marketing coordinator at CBI Consulting, LLC, focusing on proposal writing and website development, and started with Masco Corporation as an operator. Oltman holds a B.A. in English from Winona State University, obtained in 2003, and graduated from Milbank High School in 1999.
