Barbara Hudson-Banner

Barbara Hudson-Banner has extensive work experience in the field of systems and operations. Barbara started their career at CBTS in 2000 as an AS/400 Programmer, where they were involved in monthly User Group meetings and coordinated program upgrades with district personnel. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst/Programmer at Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions, where they worked until 2008. During this time, they gained experience in analyzing business requirements and developing software solutions. In 2008, Barbara returned to CBTS as the Systems and Operations Team Lead, where they managed a team of eight individuals and performed various roles such as Lotus Notes Developer, Web Master, and AS/400 System Administrator/Analyst. Their responsibilities included coordinating system activities, researching and recommending software solutions, facilitating software demonstrations, and monitoring support access service level agreements. Barbara's work experience demonstrates their expertise in systems and operations management, as well as their ability to lead and coordinate teams.
