Baylee Rusche

Baylee Rusche has work experience in various HR roles. In 2018, they started as a Merchandise Staffing Supervisor at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company and later became a Human Resources Supervisor. From October 2021 to December 2022, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at trustaff. Currently, they are working at CBTS as an HR Immigration & Compliance Coordinator since January 2023.

Baylee Rusche completed their Bachelor's degree in International Studies with a focus on Global Cultural Studies at Miami University from 2017 to 2021. As of 2022, they are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Cincinnati.
