Katrina Davis

Katrina Davis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management and process improvement. Currently serving as a Sr Product Manager for CCaaS at CBTS since December 2021, Katrina has also held positions including Product Manager and Solutions Enablement Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as an MDM Business Analyst II at The Hillman Group and as a Business Consultant focused on process improvement at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Additional experience includes working as a Contract Employee at Robert Half and in various managerial positions at Cincinnati Bell Telephone. Katrina holds an MBA from Northern Kentucky University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Thomas More University, and a Certificate of Project Management from Xavier University.
