Lydia M. Sites

Lydia M. Sites is an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex projects and teams across various organizations. Currently serving as IT Project Manager III at CBTS since November 2021, Lydia oversees the Lab as a Service program and led the successful implementation of the 4G5G Pilot Program. Previous roles include Information Technology Project Manager at Genesis Financial Solutions, where Lydia facilitated critical IT operations projects and developed document collaboration tools. Lydia has also held project management positions within Procter & Gamble, Mercy Health, and Charter Communications, managing multiple projects, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Lydia holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management with a focus on Computer Networking & Management from DeVry University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
