Patricia Andrews has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2017, they worked as a Service Delivery Coordinator at CBTS, where they acted as a point of contact for customers, provided administrative support to the Director of Service Delivery Management, and engaged with the sales team on contract renewals and amendments. Prior to this, from 2005 to 2017, Patricia worked at Insight, first as an Information Technology Project Coordinator, collaborating with the project manager and team to meet project deliverables, and then as a Sr. Administrative Assistant, where they monitored client requests, created sales orders, and maintained an efficient flow of information. From 2001 to 2005, they served as the Resource Development Coordinator at WSMRCA/Austin Special, coordinating fundraisers and securing product donations.

Patricia Andrews completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Northern Illinois University, which they attended from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies at College of DuPage from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their academic qualifications, Patricia also holds a certification in ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert, which they obtained in July 2022.
