Stephanie Vorst has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Stephanie started their career in 2012 as a Hostess at Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Associate at Harbor Freight Tools.

Stephanie then gained technical experience as a CIT Lab Assistant at Gateway Community & Technical College Computer Repair Shop in 2016, where they provided hardware and software repair services. Stephanie also worked as a Field Service Technician I at Spectrum in 2017, installing cable equipment in residential settings.

In 2018, Stephanie became a Manager at Snack Shack, where they trained new hires, managed employee schedules, and handled inventory management. Stephanie then transitioned to the role of a Pet Care Associate at Pets Plus in 2015, advising customers on pet care practices and multitasking sales and store maintenance.

Stephanie joined Encore Technologies in 2019 as a Service Desk Analyst I, providing tier 1 support and troubleshooting for internal users, commercial clients, and customers. Stephanie used various ticketing systems and adhered to SLA response times.

Currently, Stephanie is working at CBTS as a Service Desk Analyst II. Stephanie supports 24/7 call center operations, troubleshoots network and call quality issues, and utilizes various network management portals and databases. Stephanie also improves service desk efficiency through creating templates and adheres to customer-specific rules and SLAs. Stephanie engages with customers to verify ticket resolution and researches solutions to improve customer relations. Stephanie collaborates with other departments for tools that enhance their department's efficiency.

Stephanie Vorst attended Simon Kenton High School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their High School degree. Afterward, they pursued a field of study in Biology, General at Northern Kentucky University from 2013 to 2014. Later, they continued their education in Computer and Information Technology at Gateway Community & Technical College from 2015 to 2016.
