Laura Judge

Laura Judge is a finance professional with extensive experience in performance reporting, analysis, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Analyst at Cbus Super Fund since May 2023 and a Committee Member at Women in Super since February 2024, Laura has previously held senior roles at NAB, including Senior Analyst in PMO, and has a significant tenure at Melbourne Water, where responsibilities spanned from Reporting and Analytics Manager (Acting) to various analyst positions. Prior experience includes an Assistant Team Leader role at NAB, managing a team and ensuring adherence to operational procedures, and working as a Direct Banking Specialist at UBank. Laura holds a CPA designation from CPA Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance from The University of Queensland, along with a Diploma in Organisational Leadership from Swinburne University of Technology.
