Marianne Walker is the Executive Director Customer Support – Department of Health and Human Services at Cbus Super Fund. Marianne has over 25 years of experience in customer service and operations management.

Marianne began their career in customer service at City West Water, where they eventually became the Executive Manager of Customer Operations. In this role, Marianne was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, as well as leading initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

In 2015, Marianne left City West Water to join Toll Group as the Head of Customer Services Program (global). In this role, Marianne was responsible for developing and leading the Customer Service Uplift Program for the whole of Toll globally, including customer systems, process, people and structure. Marianne also developed the end-to-end Touchpoint NPS/CSAT Program for Toll and the Future State strategy for Customer Services and Contact Centres.

In 2018, Marianne left Toll Group to join the Department of Health & Human Services in Victoria as the Executive Director Customer Support. In this role, Marianne was responsible for part of the Corporate Services division.

Marianne is currently the Executive Director Customer Support – Department of Health and Human Services at Cbus Super Fund.

Marianne Walker has a Bachelor in Musical Theatre from WA Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and is currently working on their certification from AIST in RG146. Marianne also has a certification from Master Black Belt in Yellow Belt and is currently working on their certification from APMG International in PRINCE2 Foundation certificate in Project Management.

Marianne Walker reports to Justin Arter, CEO. Marianne Walker works with Mirella Robinson - General Manager, Delivery, Data Analytics and Technology, Latitude Financial Services, Antony Thow - Group Executive Brand, Growth & Product, and Kristian Fok - Chief Investment Officer.
