Catherine Ciccarelli

Catherine Ciccarelli has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in the customer service and client services field. Catherine started their career at RBC as a Customer Service Account Representative from 1997 to 2003. Catherine then joined EOS Canada Inc. where they worked as a Client Service Representative from 2004 to 2012, and later became the National Client Services Manager from 2010 to 2012. Since 2012, Catherine has been working at CBV Collection Services Ltd., initially as a Client Services Manager and currently as the Director Of Support Services.
