C Clarke is the CEO and Founder of C&C Advocacy, Inc., which has been operational since January 2012, focusing on empowering at-risk individuals through specialized services that promote personal integrity and accountability. Prior to this role, C Clarke served as a Special Educator for Baltimore City Public Schools from August 2008 to June 2012. C Clarke holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, obtained from Morgan State University between 2005 and 2007, and also completed coursework at the University of Connecticut from 2002 to 2005. Further education was pursued at Coppin State University from 2011 to 2012.
