Ap Frank Stoltz

Director Of Project Development at C&C Construction Management Inc.

Frank Stoltz started their career as a Project Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in 1999. Frank then went on to become the Owner-Operator of Hometown Construction from 2000 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Dale Corp. as a Senior Estimator, where they worked until 2016. Currently, Frank is the Director of Project Development at C&C Construction Management Inc., a position they have held since April 2016. In this role, they are responsible for managing the Estimating Department, developing conceptual and schematic estimates, coordinating site surveys, performing constructability reviews, and evaluating value engineering opportunities, among other responsibilities. Frank is also a LEED AP.

Frank Stoltz, LEED AP, obtained a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
