Alice Benaia

Alice Benaia has a diverse work experience. Alice started their career in 2014 as a Barista and Cameriera at Caffettino. Alice then worked as a Cameriera at The lighthouse from August 2014 to February 2015. In April 2015, they joined Giò enoteca e Specialità as an Addetto alle vendite for a few months. After that, they worked at Med Group, first as an Addetto alle vendite ed assistenza prodotti Apple from October 2015 to December 2017, and then as a Tecnico Certificato Apple Mac & IOS from December 2017 to November 2022. Currently, they are a Solutions Engineer IT at C&C Apple Premium Partner, starting from November 2022. In this role, they support and implements technology solutions for the Business and Education division, providing strategic advice, assisting with pre and post-sales activities, and resolving technical issues.

Alice Benaia attended the Università Mercatorum starting in 2022 and is currently pursuing a degree in Ingegneria informatica. Prior to this, from 2009 to 2014, they studied at Liceo Pieralli, focusing on the Economico Sociale field of study. Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, they briefly attended Arcata High School in the USA. In terms of certifications, Alice obtained an Apple Technician Certificate from Apple in January 2018. Alice also earned certifications in "Linguaggio swift" and "Programmazzione C#" from Apple and Musa Formazione, respectively, but the specific dates of completion are unavailable.
