From 2006 to 2015, Tony served as a Senior Project Manager at Atkins, overseeing various projects. In 2015, they briefly held the position of International IT Programme Manager at The Body Shop. Tony then joined C&C Group Holdings Limited in 2015, where they have held roles such as Programme Manager, Senior Product Manager - Water, and currently serves as the Head of Product Management. Additionally, in 2011, they worked as a Partner at W Wood, focusing on agriculture, estate management, and property development.
