Carmen Patricia Sandler

Carmen Patricia Sandler is an experienced investment associate currently working at CC Real since September 2025. Prior to this role, Carmen held various positions within Nuveen, a TIAA company, from May 2023 to September 2025, serving as both an associate and analyst in real estate. Carmen's career began at C&P Immobilien AG, focusing on corporate finance from September 2021 to January 2023, and included a trainee position at SPERER Group in project development and financing earlier in 2021. Carmen's formative experiences include internships at KPMG in audit, Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg in statistics tutoring, and multiple internships at TGW Logistics Group in emulation and simulation, as well as operational management at arttec - Metallverarbeitung GmbH and accounting at KAESER KOMPRESSOREN. Carmen holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from OTH Regensburg, along with additional education in business and management, and a Matura from HAK 2 Wels.
